Product descriptions identify the main deliverables, formats and important limitations. You are responsible for checking those details before purchase. Unless expressly stated, products do not include third-party subscriptions, guaranteed outcomes, PLR or MRR rights.
Prices and taxes
Prices may differ by product, offer and buyer region. SVR Asija is not currently registered under GST and does not separately charge GST as a registered supplier. If the business tax status changes, checkout and invoice information will be updated accordingly.
Payment and delivery
Paid downloads are released only after payment verification. India checkout is intended to use Razorpay after final production activation. International checkout is planned for USD and USDT BEP-20. Never send payment to an address or link that is not displayed through the official SVR Asija checkout flow.
Refunds
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after successful access or download, subject to the exceptions and applicable rights described in our Digital Product Refund Policy.
Licence
Your purchase gives you the usage rights described in our End-User Licence and any product-specific licence included in the download. Ownership of the original source collection is not transferred.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not attempt to bypass payment verification, access controls, security measures or private download links.
Creative Studio projects
Custom-project scope, price, deliverables, timelines, revisions and payment terms are agreed before work begins. A website enquiry by itself is not a binding order or guarantee that a project will be accepted.
No guaranteed outcomes
Digital resources and services can support work and decision-making, but we do not guarantee income, virality, rankings, employment, investment results, medical outcomes or other specific results unless a written project agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Liability and lawful use
You are responsible for using products lawfully and for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Where legally permitted, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Haryana, India.
Changes
Terms may be updated as the store, payment systems or services change. The version published here applies from its stated update date.
