We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, project brief, account details, product feedback and payment-related order references. We do not intentionally collect your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and downloads, verify orders, respond to support or project enquiries, prevent abuse, improve products and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Payments
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their privacy practices and terms also apply to information submitted directly to them. SVR Asija should only receive the payment/order information required to verify a transaction and deliver the purchase.
Service providers
The website may use infrastructure and service providers such as Cloudflare and Supabase for hosting, security, authentication, databases or secure file delivery. Information is shared only as reasonably required to operate those services.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential browser storage or cookies for login sessions, wishlists, offer state, security and basic shopping functionality. We do not describe optional advertising cookies as essential.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for support, orders, legitimate business records and legal obligations. Reasonable security controls are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your requests
To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you previously provided, contact asijasvr@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for transaction, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
Children
The store is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
