When do I get my files?
After successful payment verification. India checkout is designed for instant secure download. International payments unlock after the payment method is confirmed.
Are digital products refundable?
Orders are generally non-refundable after successful digital delivery because the files can be retained or copied. We still review duplicate charges, unresolved delivery failures, materially defective files and cases where a remedy is required by law. See the Refund Policy.
Can I use the files for client work?
Many creator, design, business and marketing products allow commercial end-use and individualized client deliverables. Raw source libraries cannot be resold or redistributed. Educational/personal products can have narrower use. See the licence and the licence inside each product.
Does the Canva-compatible bundle include Canva Pro?
No. It includes editable source resources designed for a Canva-compatible workflow. A Canva Pro subscription is not included, and SVR Asija is not affiliated with Canva.
What international payment methods are planned?
USD payment and USDT on the BEP-20 network. These methods should only be used after the official checkout displays verified payment instructions.
Do you charge GST?
SVR Asija is not currently GST registered, so GST is not separately charged as a registered supplier. This will be updated if the business tax status changes.
